About Cutshaw Precision Turned Products

We are a small, family owned manufacturing business. We focus on precision turned parts produced on our various Swiss style CNC and regular screw machines. We recently purchased a new Citizen A20 CNC lathe and edge bar feeder to produce precision turned parts up to .750″ diameter. With live tooling, 2 spindles, and multiple axes, this machine is capable of making fully complete parts in one operation. This lathe makes the process very efficient which equates to cost savings for our customers. We work with a variety of materials including brass, steel, stainless steel, and copper. We are most efficient in medium to large volume runs but will work with the customer to meet their needs. We provide high quality precision turned parts to a variety of industries including hydraulic, electrical, beverage, and others.
